Meet the Taiwanese family who may hold the key to preserving youth forever. The young appearance of interior designer and fashion blogger Lure Hsu (41) initially astounded millions of people, but it didn’t take long for them to realise she wasn’t the only member of the family who looked half her age. Both of Lure’s sisters, Sharon (36) and Fayfay (40), have the appearance of students. Moreover, their mother… Although their mother, a retired dancer, could easily be mistaken for their sister, she is actually 63 years old. These four women all discovered the secret of looking younger, and as a result, Taiwanese media has dubbed them “the family of frozen ages.”
Their secrets to beauty? In an interview with Taiwan’s Friday magazine, Lure disclosed that leading a healthy lifestyle—basically, drinking water and eating vegetables—is the secret to looking young. Additionally, she emphasised the value of hydrating skin since “if your skin has enough water, you don’t even need to worry about ageing and wrinkles,” she said. Sister Fayfay concurred with Lure’s advice to drink a lot of water, including a large glass of lukewarm water each morning. Fayfay stated, “I have been doing that for more than ten years. “I consume 350 to 500 ml.” There you have it, then! The most important beauty advice for maintaining youthful looks, in the opinion of these Taiwanese women, is water!
You wouldn’t believe these Taiwanese women’s actual ages based on how young they appear.
