Scarlett Johansson is one of the world’s most beautiful women. But she’s still a human person with natural insecurities, which are amplified when she’s videotaped n-ked.
In March, Johansson gave a press conference in Upcoming York for her new film Under the Skin, in which she plays a charming alien who lures men back to her home to harvest them. Her beauty and exposing all of her “skin” is one of her gimmicks in the film.
“You look at the n-dity and you presume it’s going to be a screenshot for someone,” she told reporters of filming those revealing moments.
“You have to consider the value of the chance you’re taking, is this gratuitous?” she said. Is this a vanity project or a vital aspect of this character’s self-discovery journey… I’m not the type to startle people. It’s not like I want to be photographed in my private parts or anything.”
When I was requested to str-p, I was a little nervous because I wasn’t being provocative.
“It really made me conscious of all the kinds of judgments and all of these things we impose on ourselves as I was doing it,” she said. “How self-conscious you can be about your appearance, your vanity… It was quite difficult, but it was also fascinating; for example, “I am extremely self-conscious about this.”
