The 30-year-old former Made in Chelsea star identified herself as a survivor while sharing details of her ordeal on Instagram on Wednesday. She launched into a protracted tirade, saying: “Let’s speak about body confidence (and sorry for the long rant). Someone told me tonight that they truly appreciate how accepting and open I am about my body.
“It was amusing because my cabbie turned around and took a picture of my boobs tonight on the way to DJ for the @bouxavenue event. I was made to feel like a cheap wh*re on top of my already uncomfortable attire.
“I gave in to the sl*t shaming, sobbed uncontrollably, and got dressed up for the occasion in something that didn’t fit me.
Later, I realised that I had let a sexist a**hole tell me how to feel about my NATURAL, GOD-GIVEN physique, so I had another change of clothes made. I wanted to share this experience with you because I know it’s difficult to get body acceptance and confidence, but I’m working on it.
I appreciate all the wonderful men and women who encouraged me tonight. There was no indication that she was displeased about the party when she shared a photo of herself wearing something a little more subdued.
