Demi Moore claims that when she was 15 years old, a man who claimed to have received $500 from her mother r@ped her in her home. The Hollywood diva, 56, made the assertion during a frank television appearance to promote her memoir.

With performances in movies like Ghost, A Few Good Men, and Indecent Proposal, Moore was one of the most well-known actors of the 1990s. Moore said an older man who knew her mother attacked her.

The host of “Good Morning America” on Monday claimed Moore was “brought by her mother to clubs, so that guys will notice them” in a voiceover from the interview. She is 15 years old when she returns home one evening to find an older man living there.

Moore asserts that he told her her mother had sold her to him after they had a sexual encounter. She claims in the book that it was rape. The wicked man asked, “And a horrible betrayal, how does it feel to be whored by your mother for $500?”

As Moore reveals in the book, her mother was an alcoholic. She responded, “I suppose, in my deep heart, no,” when asked if she believed the man. It wasn’t a simple transaction, in my opinion. She nevertheless gave him access, putting me in danger.

Her mother and the three children she had with her ex-husband Bruce Willis were honoured in her book.

A suicide attempt by Moore’s mother occurred when she was 12 years old, and her mother’s life was saved by Moore’s intervention. Moore writes in the book, “I recall using my fingers, the small fingers of a kid, to dig the pills my mother had tried to ingest, out of her mouth.”

She had prevented her mother from taking her own life “many, many times” before to this, though. Moore declared, “[My childhood] was over. “It was a moment that changed my life.”

In the book, Moore talks about her past experiences with substance abuse; in the middle of the 1980s, she sought treatment for her drug and alcohol addiction.
